• Minimum age: 6
• Anyone with a previous medical condition, such as severe headaches, ear-arches, heart related medical conditions or psychiatric disorders should check with your doctor first before experiencing any VR games or content. Pregnant women and children under 5 years old will not be permitted to experience any VR games or content.

Please stop immediately during any time when you start to experience any discomforts of any kind. Some people may experience mild to extreme seizure dizziness, or seizure with the eye. Anyone who experiences this should immediately discontinue and report to VR Voom’s staff members.

Children under the age of 14 years old must be supervised at all times.

Do not use any equipment when sleep deprived or if under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Customers under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed to experience any VR games or content.

Do not wear high heels, sandals and slippers while experiencing any VR games and contents. Or any footwear that is a trip hazard.

Always wait for VR staff members to put on all equipment for you and take all equipment off for you. Auckland Adventure Park staff members reserve the right to refuse service to any customer/s if the above conditions are not satisfied. Your safety is our top priority.

General Conduct

    1.    Respectful Behavior: Treat staff and other participants with respect.
    2.    No Food or Drinks: Keep all food and beverages outside the VR area to prevent spills and damage.
    3.    Cleanliness: Sanitize hands before and after using the VR equipment.

Safety Guidelines

    4.    Stay Within the Play Area: Always remain within the designated VR space to avoid collisions.
    5.    No Rough Play: Avoid physical contact with other participants while in VR.
    6.    Use Equipment Responsibly: Handle all VR gear carefully and follow staff instructions on proper usage.
    7.    No Running or Jumping: Move cautiously to prevent injuries or equipment damage.

Equipment Use

    8.    Wear the Headset Properly: Ensure the headset fits snugly and comfortably before starting.

    9.    Report Issues: Inform staff immediately if any equipment is malfunctioning or uncomfortable.
    10.    No Unauthorized Adjustments: Only trained staff should make adjustments to VR hardware or settings.

    11.    Waiver Signing: Sign a waiver before participation if required by the facility’s policy.
